First Day of Second Grade

Today is August 11, 2014 and is Amanda's first day of second grade.  I took her to school around 7:45 a.m.  Her new classroom number is 1 and her teacher's name is Mrs. Smith.  When I picked her up around 1:35 p.m. Amanda was excited to tell me every thing she did on her first day of school.  She proudly told me that the teacher asked everybody if they knew what odd numbers and even numbers were, and she was the only one who knew the answer.  She was very proud of herself when she told me and I was very proud of her as well.

                                   

Six Flag Magic Mountain

On August 09, 2014, Amanda and I went to Six Flag Magic Mountain with her friend Natalie and her friend's mom.  Amanda had so much fun there.

We rode the Grand Carousel, Tidal Wave, Jet Scream, Scrambler, Michael Turco Magic Show, Canyon Blaster, Daffy's Adventure Tour, Elmer's Weather Balloons, Pepe LePew's Tea Party, Sylvester's Pounce and Bounce, Taz's Trucking Co., Tweety's Escape, Yosemite Sam's Flight School, and few other rides.  

Amanda really had so much fun with her friend.  It was the best time

Amanda went to a Play on August 01, 2014.  The Play was Oklahoma.  She really enjoyed this play a lot.  She also looked so beautiful, very classy and elegant.  My little baby is not little anymore.  She is growing into a beautiful young girl.

Fourth of July

Today is Friday 4th of July.  Amanda and I went to Chucke Cheese with her friend Natalie and her mommy.  We stayed there until 8:00 p.m. and than, we went to see the fireworks at West Covina Park.  They took this silly picture at Chucke cheese.

Father's Day

On Father's Day, we went to visit Grandpa Harry and Grandma BB at the South Hill Country Club in West Covina to celebrate Father's Day.  Amanda had a lot of fun playing in the pool.  We left around 6:00 p.m

 

Amanda's Birthday

Today is Amanda's birthday.  She was born on June 14, 2007 at 11:38 p.m.  Willie came around 9:30 a.m. and took us for breakfast at Rods in Arcadia.  After breakfast, we went to Getty Museum.  Amanda had a great time for her birthday.

Today was an exciting day for Amanda because we celebrated her seventh birthday at Shakey's at Baldwin Park.  Amanda had so much fun.
